How to permanently delete your MyAstrology account and the data associated with it.

This page applies to the MyAstrology Android app (package in.myastrology.app) and the website myastrology.in, both operated by Dr. Prodyut Acharya (Bipul Bala), PhD in Vedic Jyotish, Nasra Colony, Ward No-18, Ranaghat, Nadia, West Bengal — 741202, India.

1. Delete from inside the app (fastest)

  1. Open the MyAstrology app and make sure you are signed in with Google.
    অ্যাপ খুলুন, Google দিয়ে সাইন-ইন করা আছে কিনা দেখে নিন।
  2. Go to Settings (সেটিংস) from the menu.
    মেনু থেকে সেটিংস-এ যান।
  3. Under অ্যাকাউন্ট (Account), tap অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলুন (Delete account).
    অ্যাকাউন্ট অংশে অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলুন চাপুন।
  4. Confirm twice. Deletion happens immediately — there is no waiting period and no way to undo it.
    দুইবার নিশ্চিত করুন। মোছা সঙ্গে সঙ্গেই হয়, ফিরিয়ে আনা যায় না।
Note / দ্রষ্টব্য: For your security, Google may ask you to sign in again before the deletion completes. This is normal.
নিরাপত্তার জন্য মোছার ঠিক আগে আবার সাইন-ইন করতে বলা হতে পারে — এটা স্বাভাবিক।

2. Request deletion without the app

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, send us a deletion request. Include the Google email address you signed in with so we can identify the account.

অ্যাপ আনইনস্টল করে ফেললে বা সাইন-ইন করতে না পারলে আমাদের অনুরোধ পাঠান — যে Google ইমেইল দিয়ে সাইন-ইন করেছিলেন সেটি অবশ্যই লিখবেন।

3. What gets deleted, what is kept (full account deletion)

ভারতীয় কর ও হিসাব আইনে যতদিন রাখা বাধ্যতামূলক, ততদিন — এরপর মুছে ফেলা হয়। অন্য কোনো কাজে ব্যবহার করা হয় না।
Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics
নামহীন, সমষ্টিগত ব্যবহার-পরিসংখ্যান		 Kept Cannot be linked back to you after the account is deleted.
অ্যাকাউন্ট মোছার পর এটি আর আপনার সাথে মেলানো সম্ভব নয়।

4. Delete only some data — without deleting your account

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove saved birth details. Each saved kundali profile can be deleted on its own, from the app or the website.

সংরক্ষিত জন্ম-তথ্য মুছতে পুরো অ্যাকাউন্ট মোছার দরকার নেই — প্রতিটা সেভ করা কুণ্ডলী আলাদাভাবে মোছা যায়।

  1. Open কুণ্ডলী (Kundali) or কুণ্ডলী মিলন (Match Making).
    অ্যাপ বা ওয়েবসাইটে কুণ্ডলী অথবা কুণ্ডলী মিলন খুলুন।
  2. Next to the name field, tap খুঁজুন (Search) — the সেভ করা প্রোফাইল list opens.
    নামের ঘরের পাশে খুঁজুন বোতামে চাপুন — সেভ করা প্রোফাইল তালিকা খুলবে।
  3. Tap the ✕ button beside any profile to delete it.
    যে প্রোফাইলটি মুছতে চান তার পাশের ✕ বোতামে চাপুন।
The profile is removed from the device immediately. If you are signed in, it is also removed from our servers (users/{uid}/data/kundaliProfiles) — on every device.
প্রোফাইলটি সঙ্গে সঙ্গে ডিভাইস থেকে মুছে যায়। সাইন-ইন করা থাকলে আমাদের সার্ভার থেকেও মুছে যায় — সব ডিভাইসেই।

Prefer to ask us instead? Email [email protected] with the Google email address you signed in with, and tell us what to remove. Verified requests are actioned within 7 working days. Your account itself stays active.

নিজে না মুছে আমাদের বলতে চাইলে [email protected]-এ যে Google ইমেইল দিয়ে সাইন-ইন করেছিলেন সেটি ও কী মুছতে হবে লিখে পাঠান — ৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে করা হবে, অ্যাকাউন্ট চালু থাকবে।
